Calligraphy Meditation

Ying-Jun has found focus and calm in the practice of calligraphy as meditation. She recently completed this Chinese calligraphy of Heart Sutra (The Heart of the Perfection of Wisdom), using a Chinese brush on rice paper. Ying-Jun tells us that "it requires a huge amount of concentration and control which helps with occasional anxiety. Heart Sutra meditation always gives me more peace."

Please take a moment to breathe in this stunning work.
