About the event

Join us at the Wright-Locke Farm as we bring our Reminiscences program to Winchester, MA on Sunday, April 12, at 3:00pm. You’ll be treated to the timeless masterpiece that is Mozart’s “Dissonance” quartet. A world premiere of the outstanding Iranian-American composer Kian Ravaei’s new work Neverlands will anchor the 2nd half of the program. Written just for us and inspired by ideas heard in Mozart’s “Dissonance” quartet, Neverlands will take you on a series of unforgettable pilgrimages to fantastical places and you’ll be among the first in the world to visit them! Lei Liang’s beautiful Lamento della ninfa - a nod to the Renaissance master Monteverdi - and Hanna Havrylets’ haunting Reminiscences will round out this evocative program.

Reminiscences

Lamento della ninfa (2024) | Lei Liang (b. 1972)
